Today is June 21st and I am four years old!   I used to be a pretty cute puppy... 

...and Mom says I'm still pretty cute!  Just like last year, I got a birthday WEEK celebration again!  Things started off pretty well with a purple stuffie from my golden retriever friend, Miles! 

Then that lovely mail lady stopped by with a whole load of packages!  I wasn't going to share, but some of them had Augie's name on them too. 

The first thing we opened was from one of our girlfriends, Dexie, and her new puppy sister, Lily!  Look at these cute boxes--what could be in them? 

Pajamas!!  Doggy pajamas!    We never had jammies before, but we think we looked very fine in them.  What do you think?

My pjs were just right for taking a birthday nap!  Thank you soooooooo much, Dexie and Lily!

We were very excited to hear we got a package from our golden retriever friend, Dugan!  Dugan is one handsome dude who lives nearby.  We tried to guess what he had sent... 

Wow!  Two fabulous stuffies!  Thank you x 1,000,000! 

We were also thrilled to get a package from another lady love, Sophie Lou! 

what she sent!  Two bully sticks and a rope toy! 

Say, do you have an Aunt Peggy?    You should get one, because look what ours sent!  FOUR stuffies, each one filled with a gazillion squeakers! 

Thank you, Aunt Peggy!  You're the best!! 

The next package we opened was from K9 Club Cares, an animal charity run by three kids      here in Michigan!

Just look at these beautiful handmade rope toys!

And guess what else!  Mom entered a contest on Leo the Lionhearted's Facebook page, and won!  She had to name our favorite treats and she said paper (for Augie) and anything homemade for me!

The yummies    were from Pixie Girl Treats!  I was patiently posing for pictures   when Augie shoved me out of the way to have a lick! 

Still more to open!  We got a package from our real life doggy cousin, Kimba, who lives in Brazil! 

We got balls, a toy with squeakers, and an enormous buffalo stuffie!    Thanks so much, Cuz!

MORE gifts??? 

Oh yes!!     Our pal Dino in Hong Kong sent us two braided rope toys and a Chuck-It!!  Again, thank you, thank you, thank you! 

How did we do? 

FINALLY, it was time for my birthday cake! 

Things started off polite and then got a bit more intense!
