What Good Dogs Get For Christmas

Posted on December 27, 2009 at 7:59 AM

First, we will start off with what good dogs DO NOT get for Christmas.  Even though they stare cutely into the dining room as people are eating...

...they DO NOT get a chunk of beef tenderloin.

Now on to the goodies!  Good dogs get snake woobies:

Snake woobies are excellent for playing tug-o'-war...

If your brother does not let go, simply drag him along the floor on his belly:

Good dogs get fuzzy bears:

Fuzzy bears are also good for a nice game of tug:

In a pinch, they double as fashionable hats:

Good dogs get armadillos:

Are armadillos worth fighting over?  Good dogs say yes, every toy is worth fighting over if your brother wants it:

What else do good dogs get?  They get big-headed rhinos:

And squirrels!  Soft, squishy squirrels with bushy tails...

And Kong woobies, and stuffed giraffes, and rawhides, and lots and lots of cookies!

That's what good dogs get for Christmas

You are very good boys, and deserve all that loot. Love the last picture with the bows.

P.S. tough about the tenderloin. We scored some roast beef juice on our dinner on Christmas.

It must be nice to have 2 puppies that play so well together AND that don't destroy toys within 2 minutes after they get them!

AW poor Auggie. Our golden has some growths like 3 on her body. I heard goldens have these a lot esp the females as they get older.

Looks like the boys got back some Woobies to take the place of the ones that were plundered. We are sending up Doggie Prayers for Augie. We hope everything goes okay and the growth isn't anything to worry about.
