It's time to get up off that couch and exercise!
We know what you're thinking. "Augie and Ti, exercise is dangerous! I may hurt something!" Nonsense. We will show you a gentle way to get moving: Doggy Yoga. Are you ready? First, begin with stretches to wake up the muscles.
Find a soft area and lower your chest to the ground.
You may fall asleep. This is normal and not a sign of weakness.
Keeping your butt in the air, rock it from side to side. If you hear laughter, just ignore it, as others are simply jealous of your flexibility.
Bring your front paws slowly towards your back paws...
...and lower your rear caboose. Done!
Working out is hard work. Be sure to take a moment to catch your breath.
Finish with a massage that you so richly deserve.
Repeat every day and in no time you will be SO strong and fit that you will thank us!
